Most supermarket meat is cut, packed and chilled days before it reaches the shelf. We work the other way round: your order is cut fresh when you place it, not pulled from a tray that’s been sitting out. That means better colour, better texture, and meat that keeps longer once it’s in your fridge. It also means we can prepare a cut exactly how you want it, on the bone or boneless, diced, minced or whole.

HMC-certified halal, and why it matters

Our City Road shop is HMC certified and holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. HMC, the Halal Monitoring Committee, is one of the most rigorous halal standards in the UK, with independent monitoring from slaughter through to sale.
