This is the way to get the best out of us. Tell us what you want and how you want it prepared, and we cut it fresh on the day you collect, on the bone or boned, diced to the size you cook with, minced how you like it. No minimum order, no delivery charge, and nothing sitting in a chiller waiting for a van. Orders are usually ready in about 2 hours; anything placed after 6pm is ready first thing the next morning, from 9am. We’re open until 7pm, so there’s time to pick it up on the way home.

If you’re within 7 miles of the shop, choose Local Delivery at checkout and our own driver brings it to your door, packed chilled. Deliveries go out in two runs, 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Order by 12 for the afternoon run or by 5 for the evening run; anything later goes out the next day. We text or email you when it’s on its way, so please make sure someone is in to take it.
