Yes. Turkey at Ikhlas Halal Butcher is HMC-certified halal, hand slaughtered and monitored by the Halal Monitoring Committee like everything else we sell.

Which turkey cut is best for a curry?

Turkey thigh, on or off the bone, is the best turkey cut for curry. It stays moist over a long cook where breast dries out. Turkey mince is a lean option for keema.

How much turkey do I need per person?

Allow 450 to 500g of whole turkey per person to be safe, or 200g of boneless breast or thigh. A 5kg bird feeds ten to twelve.

Can I order a whole halal turkey?

Yes. Ring the counter on 07479 462297 or message on WhatsApp with the size you need and the date, and we will confirm availability. Whole birds are ordered in for you rather than held in stock.
