How to cook lamb liver
Cook briefly, liver is best just cooked and still tender.
Pan: medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes each side until just cooked.
Masala: fry with onions and spices for a quick masala.
Tip: don't overcook, a quick sear keeps it soft.
