Pick a counter above, choose your cuts and sizes, and check out. At checkout, choose Click & Collect (free) or Local Delivery. If there’s something you want cut a particular way, say so in the order notes, or simply message us on WhatsApp and we’ll put it together for you.

Usually in about 2 hours. Anything placed after 6pm is ready first thing the next morning, from 9am. Nothing is pre-packed, your order is cut after you place it, which is why we ask for a few hours. Very large orders may take longer, and we’ll ring you if so.

Yes, within 7 miles of the shop, by our own driver, packed chilled. Delivery is free, with a £25 minimum order. Delivered 1pm to 4pm or 6pm to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Order by 12 for the afternoon run, by 5 for the evening run. We text or email when it’s on its way. Further than 7 miles? We don’t post meat, collection from City Road is free.

Yes, exactly the same as the counter, with no online mark-up. The price you see on the site is the price on the till.

Yes. All our meat is monitored by the Halal Monitoring Committee, from slaughter to our counter. Here’s what that means in practice, and here’s our approval.

That’s what the counter is for. Curry cut, on the bone or boned, diced to the size you cook with, minced how you like it, chops thick or thin, fat trimmed or left on. Tell us in the order notes or by WhatsApp.

Meat is cut by hand and can’t be portioned to the exact gram. A 500g pack will normally land between 480g and 550g. We always err on the generous side, so you’ll never get less than you paid for.

Yes. Weights are for the cut as sold, bone included where the cut has bone. If you need a set amount of cooked meat, allow roughly a third more when buying on the bone.

If something sells out before we cut your order, we’ll call you before changing anything. We never substitute without asking first.

All our meat is handled in the same premises, where beef, lamb, mutton, goat and chicken are prepared. We can’t guarantee separation between species.

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives. Use within three days, or freeze on the day you receive it.
