Why buy from a butcher, not a box

Most suppliers sell you a list. We sell you an animal.

Buy pre-portioned and you are paying for someone else’s yield assumptions, someone else’s trim, and a margin on top of both. Buy the primal and you decide the thickness, the trim and the pack, and you keep the bones, the trim and the mince that a box supplier keeps for themselves.

Every cut is prepared here, by hand, the day you collect it. There is no charge for cutting, dicing, boning or mincing to your spec, because the labour is already in the price.

You can walk in and look at the carcass your order is cut from.

Tell us the spec and we quote against it. There is no fixed trade list, because no two kitchens cut the same way.

Anywhere in Bradford Cut on City Road and delivered across the city. Outside Bradford, ask us.
Order by
2pm Order by 2pm and it is cut the next morning.
