Ready for the pan with no prep: stir-fries, fajitas, wraps, pasta and salads, cooked through in three or four minutes with every strip done at the same time. How to cook breast strips
Strips are thin and lean, so they cook fast and dry out if left. Hot pan, short time, then off the heat.
Stir-fry: very hot wok, a little oil, 3–4 minutes tossing, then add the sauce and vegetables.
Fajitas: high heat with peppers and onion, 4–5 minutes, until the edges catch.
Pasta: 3–4 minutes in the pan with garlic, then straight into the sauce with the pasta.
Wraps / salads: grill or pan for 4 minutes, rest for 2, then slice into the wrap or over leaves.
Tip: marinate for 30 minutes, strips soak it up fast, and it protects the meat from drying.

How thick are the strips?
Roughly finger-width, thin enough to cook through in minutes, thick enough not to shred in the pan. Ask in the order note if you want them thinner or thicker.
Strips or diced?
Strips for anything stir-fried, wrapped or tossed through pasta. For curries and karahi, where you want pieces that hold together in a sauce, order our diced chicken breast instead.
