How to cook beef mince
Cook until piping hot throughout with no pink remaining.
Pan: brown over medium-high heat, breaking it up, for 8–10 minutes.
Koftas / burgers: shape and grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
Curry / keema: brown, then simmer in sauce.
Tip: brown over a high heat for the best flavour.
