How to cook chicken legs
Cook until piping hot with no pink at the bone (at least 75°C).
Oven: 200°C (fan 180°C) for 40–45 minutes.
Grill / BBQ: medium heat for 30–35 minutes, turning.
Curry: brown, then simmer until tender.
Tip: slash the thickest part before cooking to help it cook evenly.
Serving suggestions
Roasted with potatoes, in a hearty curry, or on the BBQ.
