- Collagen-rich: the richest, most gelatinous stock you can make from chicken.

- Vacuum-sealed & delivered chilled: freshness locked in from Bradford to your door.
- Prepared to order: not sat in a tray, cleaned the day you collect or we deliver.
How to cook chicken feet
Chicken feet want time, not heat. A rolling boil makes a cloudy stock; a bare simmer makes a clear, gelatinous one.
Stock / broth: cover with cold water, bring to a simmer, skim, then leave for 3–4 hours with onion, ginger and a bay leaf.
Paya-style curry: simmer in the masala for 2–3 hours until the skin is soft and the gravy is thick and sticky.
Dim sum style: blanch, fry until blistered, then braise in the sauce for 1½ hours.
Tip: chill the finished stock overnight. It should set solid. That is the collagen you paid for.
Serving suggestions
As the base for a chicken soup, a paya-style curry with naan, or braised and served with rice.
