How to cook diced breast
Small cubes cook fast, do not overdo them.
Curry / karahi: brown, then simmer in the sauce until just cooked through (74°C), 12–15 minutes.
Skewers / tikka: marinate, thread, then a few minutes over high heat until cooked through.
Stir-fry: a hot wok, 4–5 minutes tossing, then the sauce.
Tip: marinate for 30 minutes for tikka, the cubes soak it up fast.
Serving suggestions
Chicken karahi with naan, tikka skewers off the grill, or a quick stir-fry with rice.

Curry size, roughly an inch, so they hold together in a sauce. Say in the order note if you want them smaller.
Diced or strips?
Diced for curries, karahi and skewers, where the pieces need to hold their shape. For stir-fries, fajitas and pasta, order our chicken breast strips instead.
