Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and use within the date on the label, or freeze on the day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and cook until piping hot throughout. Keep raw meat separate from ready-to-eat food.

How to cook beef sausages
Cook through until the juices run clear. Do not prick them, that lets the juices out and dries them.
Pan: medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning often so they colour evenly.
Oven: 190°C for 20–25 minutes, turned once halfway.
Tip: start them on a lower heat than you think, high heat splits the skins before the middle is done.
Serving suggestions
Breakfast with eggs and flatbread, or in a tray with onions and peppers.
