How to cook ribeye steak
Cook hot and fast; the marbling keeps it juicy.
Pan / grill: high heat, 3–4 minutes each side for medium-rare.
Finish: baste with butter and garlic, then rest 5 minutes.
Tip: let it come to room temperature before cooking.

How thick are the steaks cut?
Around an inch (2.5 cm) as standard, which is the thickness that lets the marbling render without overcooking the middle. Ask in the order note if you want them thicker.
