Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and use within the date on the label, or freeze on the day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and cook until piping hot throughout. Keep raw meat separate from ready-to-eat food.

How to use it
There is nothing to cook. The only thing that matters is temperature.
Serve: spoon it into a bowl and put it on the table.
Spread: through a wrap or a naan roll under the meat.
Chill: better cold than at room temperature, keep it in the fridge.
Tip: a spoonful stirred into a marinade adds sweetness and helps the meat caramelise on a grill.
Goes well with
Tandoori chicken, samosas, cold meat and a cheeseboard.

Very little. It is the mildest thing in the dip range.
