Dark and properly sour, with just enough sweetness behind it, the imli chutney that makes chaat taste like chaat. Made in Bradford by Mumtaz and stocked at our City Road counter, so it comes in the same bag as your meat.

Why we stock it
- Made in Bradford: by Mumtaz, the same city as the shop.
- The chip shop taste at home: this is the dip that comes with a kebab, not a supermarket approximation of it.
- Ready to serve: straight from the jar into a bowl.
- Halal throughout: suitable for a halal kitchen.
- Comes with the meat: add it to a counter order and it goes in the same bag.
How to use it
There is nothing to cook. The only thing that matters is temperature.
Serve: spoon it into a bowl and put it on the table.
Spread: through a wrap or a naan roll under the meat.
Chill: better cold than at room temperature, keep it in the fridge.
Tip: drizzle it over a plate of chaat with yoghurt and a shake of our chaat masala. That is the whole dish in three jars.
Goes well with
Samosas, chaat, seekh kebabs and anything grilled that wants cutting through.
